Echelon cycling studio (ECS) was launched in 2019 by Kristin & Tanya Lewis. Combining their fitness business experience (www.lifept.com.au) and passion for cycling. ECS uses coaches who practice what they preach, state of the art equipment, science-based programming and the power of a collective group effort to deliver exceptional indoor cycling classes.

Alex Louca

Alex has been riding and racing since 2009 and loves to test his physical and mental ‘boundaries’ on the bike. He is an electrician by trade and also a mini Schnauzer Dad! He loves seeing improvement in others and sharing his passion for the cycling.

Nicole Mitisigeorgis

Nicole Mitsigeorgis

Nicole comes from a martial art background (3rd Dan Black Belt!) and has competed national and internationally in Taekwondo. Since starting cycling as a means of developing her fitness in 2014, Nicole has gone on to win her first elite women’s road race in 2019 and is competing on the National Road Series for Veris Racing. Nicole is a committed vegan and has also been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years.

Chris Jongewaard

Chris Jongeward

Chris is an elite cyclist who has achieved some outstanding results on a state, national and international level. He’s best known for his numerous mountain bike and cyclocross National Championship wins over a long period of time and is highly regarded for his mental toughness and incredible bike handling skills. Chris has recently moved into the coaching space and is enjoying sharing the training and racing knowledge that he has developed with others.

Meg Lemon

Meg Lemon

Meg was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2015 and started cycling as part of her rehabilitation to encourage brain plasticity. She has gone on to represent Australia over 10 times at World Championships and World Cups as a C4 Para-cyclist. She is passionate about helping people overcome obstacles in their life and is also an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian.

Margaret Boylan

Margaret has enjoyed competing as a Masters Cyclist since 2005 at club, state, national and international level. She has been coaching cyclists through her business First Principles Coaching since 2015 and enjoys working with Masters age cyclists in particular. Margaret has a love of learning and helping her cycling clients achieve personal goals while having some fun along the way!

Kristin Lewis

Kristin Lewis

Kristin is the managing director of ECS and a former state and national level road cyclist. Along with Tanya, Kristin has been operating Life Personal Trainers since 2001 and has a real passion for the value of exercise to our life ‘performance’ and also the importance of establishing good routines. Kristin is on his bike most mornings through the Adelaide Hills and enjoys the physical and mental release that cycling brings.

Tanya Lewis

Tanya Lewis

Tanya is a former state level road cyclist, dietitian, sports dietitian, personal trainer and mother of 4 beautiful girls! Tanya is passionate about helping others achieve ‘good health’ and understands the demands of parenting, business and trying to squeeze in exercise sessions. These days, Tanya enjoys running as her exercise of choice but still gets on the bike each week to punch out an interval set.
